Our History

A desire that is repeated every day

We pass on the most authentic culinary tradition of Pasticciottotto which since 1745 has reserved a unique flavor for the palates.

Everyday Cake is the company specialized in the export of pasticciotto all over the world.

"Everyday" was born in 2014 in Galatina (Lecce), from the desire to enhance and pass on the most authentic Salento culinary tradition of the Pasticciotto. While maintaining the simplicity and originality of a dessert that has enticed palates since 1745, "Everyday" has pushed boundaries by creating and introducing new flavors of this dessert. "Everyday" has successfully introduced several highly sought after variations of the traditional recipe as well as other salty specialties to the market. Preserving the heritage of the Pasticciotto by marketing it in Italy and abroad after carefully selecting pastry shops that share the same vision and attention to quality products. The ultimate goal is to offer a product of absolute and proven quality to the market.

Galatina, the cradle of Salento

Tradition and artistic charm in the heart of Salento.

Galatina s an open-air art gallery with a historic center that enhances its splendor. Porta Luce, Porta Nuova and Porta dei Cappuccini "guard" the oldest part of the city, full of arched porticos, noble palaces dating back to the 18th century and characteristic balconies overlooking views of the town and alley ways with countless stories to tell, charming and attracting artists and design lovers.

The taste: the mess, born almost by accident as if it were a "mess" in the kitchen. The "Lamp without light" (or also known as "la Pupa" for the Galatese) many times "indicates" the way for tourists towards Palazzo Orsini, the town hall. An absolute must see is the Orsiniana Basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria, one of the rare examples of Gothic architecture in Salento. Not to be missed are also the grand baroque style of the church of Saints Pietro and Paolo (patrons of the city) and the civic museum "Pietro Cavoti", where a precious collection of documents and works of the genius painter are preserved.
